JAKE HERRINGTON - Community Manager

Jake brings 16 years of professional real estate and property management experience to Casa Madera. An employee of PB Bell Asset Management for the past 6 years. Jake is completely prepared to make your living experience at Casa Madera the best it can possibly be.

Jake is married with two children and his wife shares his passion of property management and works with a local commerical real estate company.

In his spare time, Jake competes in Martial Arts Conferences, is an AYSO Soccer Referee, a Staff Parish Committee Chairperson at St. James Church and if that wasn't enough he is also a martial arts academy owner and instructor. A future goal of Jake's is to obtain his pilots license.

NEV EDMUNDS - Community Maintenance Technician

We are excited to introduce you to Nev Edmunds, the newest member of our Casa Madera team. Nev comes to Casa Madera with 10 years of maintenance experience. He has his pool certification and is A/C certified, to help keep your A/C blowing cold. Nev has been a part of PB Bell Asset Management's winning team for 4 years.

Nev hails from Michigan. In 1988 he decided to make the long journey to sunny Tucson. He enjoys spending any free time he has with his beautiful wife and 4 grandchildren. His favorite past time is watching his grandchildren grow up. Nev and his wife are also avid Wildcat Basketball fans and never miss a game.
